CBSE class 10 The revised painting schedule 2021-2022 can be accessed from here in PDF. It is about a decomposition of the program according to the two terms. It mentions the course structure for the painting subject of Class 10, including chapters, inappropriate weighting and details of the practical work and internal assessment for trimesters 1 and 2. Suggested teaching and learning strategies – X:
- From simple nature-based compositions such as landscapes, seascapes, compositions to show the seasons, nature’s moods, etc. of life or imagination. Students should be exposed to relevant works of art by masters.
- Figurative and abstract compositions from the imagination of his own experiences
- Compositions based on a folk painting style from India.
- Encourage students to explore regional methods and materials of painting, murals, murals, etc.).
- Field visits to art galleries, museums, national institutions of Bal Bhawan / the like, artists’ studios, artisan workshops, etc.
- The teacher should tell the story of Indian art in a narrative way. It can also be audio / video recorded and shared with students.
- Exhibition of reproductions of master’s works in the halls of the school.
- Organize interactions with artists and artisans in the school and elsewhere.
- Pencil and ink sketches of life and nature should be encouraged as a routine.
- Protect work can be done in teams of two for best results. Some ideas for the project can be; collection of âImages of my state’s heritage craftsâ, âTypes of trees, flora and fauna found in my village / town / townâ, âCelebrating festivalsâ, âGames we love to playâ, â Historic sites â, etc. Project can consist of 5 compositions on the chosen theme.
- Encourage students to show their work to school. Help them organize painting exhibitions etc.
